1. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

  • Once a purchase or subscription is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • This applies to both first-time purchases and renewals.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@2tap.in.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals, but the current plan will remain active until its expiry date.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time.

3. Service Discontinuation

If 2tap.in discontinues a service or product, we will notify users in advance. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.


4. Exceptions (if required by law)

Refunds or cancellations may only be granted where required by applicable Indian consumer protection laws or regulations.
