2tap.in is not responsible for any user-generated content or actions resulting from the use of digital profiles.
Any scam, fraud, or illegal activity conducted through a vCard is solely the responsibility of the user.
We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required.

5. Service Continuity Disclaimer

All subscription plans are valid for a 1-year duration.
Renewal after the current subscription period is not guaranteed.
If services are discontinued, users will be notified in advance.
No liability will arise for non-renewal once a plan has ended.

6. Limitation of Liability

2tap.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse or unavailability of the service.
Total liability is limited to the lesser of:
The amount paid for the service, or
100 USD.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted use.
